Innovative challenge of the Summer

At the "Innovative Challenge of the Summer", 36 Iskra Innovators actively sought solutions for the current challenges of PE Capacitors. It was fun, productive, inspiring, connecting. Together we defined more than 40 possible activities that will lead us in the key areas closer to the ultimate goal - long-term competitiveness and performance.

The method of work and the multidisciplinarity of the participants proved to be an excellent recipe, which will be used in all business units at the "Innovative challenge of autumn". See you!
