Based on the resolutions by the assemblies of the companies Iskra Kondenzatorji and Iskra MIS, on 30 June 2010, the District Court of Kranj filed an amendment of status of the Iskra MIS legal entity. The amendment implements the merger of the Iskra Kondenzatorji company to the Iskra MIS company, by acquisition.

Notwithstanding the merger, the Iskra Kondenzatorji production operation remains at its former location, at Semič.

Since 1 July 2010, the Iskra MIS company management board consists of three members; based on the resolution by the supervisory board, a change was implemented in the case of the president of the management board, namely, on 1 July 2010, a former member of the board, Dr. Peter Kukovica, was appointed the president of the board, while the former president of the board is now a member of the board, responsible for marketing and development.

Notwithstanding the cessation of Iskra Kondenzatorji as a separate legal entity by 30 June 2010, the company will continue to run its operations and to discharge its undertaken obligations to business partners smoothly and in the same extent under its acquiring company Iskra MIS.

The merger of Iskra Kondenzatorji does not affect the links to its web sites. Any amendments to align the access to web sites with the newly arisen status will be implemented as expeditiously as practicable.
